Assertiveness training

Have you ever do something against your wishes not to displease? Is it difficult for you to say no? Would you silence rather than expressing your thoughts for fear of offending?

If you have answered yes to any of these issues the more you express your needs and desires clearly, more people around you will be brought to respect them and to help you meet them. First, be honest with yourself. Admit you, unequivocally, what you feel and think. Be sure to stay calm and respectful towards each other. This will reduce the level of personal stress and promote healthy relationships.

Some examples of useful phrases for you to say: Do you know what I would be really fun … Today I want to … I want to get pleasure … Etc.

— Knowledge itself is to know respect.
