Maigriralacarte.com, its officers, employees and representatives shall not be liable for any damages directly or indirectly related to the use of the site. The content of the site, the texts, the information and the images are only informative. The content of the site can not in any way substitute for a diagnosis or professional medical advice.

 

Consultation of ingredients, nutritional values and allergens is mandatory before consuming the products shipped by the Clinic Weight loss «à la Carte». Consult a health care practitioner prior to any treatment.

 

The price of the products in the online shop may differ from the price in the clinic.

 

The availability of products offered can not be guaranteed. If the products ordered can not be added to your order due to a stock shortage for example, we will notify you by e-mail by letting you choose between the following two options:

 

Maintain the order and receive it when the product (s) are available.

Cancel the order and refund in part or in full for unavailable products.

The information collected on our site enables access to your account, allows processing of orders, and contacting you in the event of a problem with your order.

Return and Refund Policies

 

If you no longer wish the products ordered, you will obtain a refund.

We accept unwanted merchandise for 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

 

To do so, please call 514-932-3300 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (NAR) prior to a refund.

 

The products must be intact, sealed and in their original packaging.

After having adjusted the amount according to the items returned and their condition upon receipt, a refund will be made on your credit card within 1 to 3 working days.

Initial delivery charges will not be refunded except for an error for which we are responsible.

‘’À la Carte’’ Counselling Plan are non-refundable.

Please note that returns or refunds will not be possible for products delivered internationally.

 

Deliveries

 

All deliveries to Canada are made using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service. An e-mail will be sent to provide you with all tracking information. Shipping costs within Canada (except to remote areas of Canada) are $ 13 with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days. No delivery over 15 kg (33 lbs) will be possible.

 

For all international deliveries, any adjustment to the delivery price will be communicated to you. You will then decide to proceed or cancel your order. These will be calculated according to the weight of the order and your location.

 

We guarantee a 2 months period before the expiry date of products.
